Description

The character is called Vizia, and she's not mine. [link]
I drew this picture for a silly art contest in which we were supposed to draw anything with Vizia in it. So I figured why not an alicorn Vizia?
Note: Vizia's horn is actually broken but since this is supposed to be a "dream scenario" (see title) Vizia also has her horn fully. It's not like she wanted it to ever be broken.

hee hee she kinda looks like my oc (twitches eye) exept with a different cutie mark but im not going to ask questions :) but she is really pretty ... i really like her mane :p
